Upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically emailed confirming purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrectly priced item, insufficient stock, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please note that Covenant Apparel shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not your credit card has been charged.
If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, Covenant Apparel shall issue a refund to your credit card account for the amount you paid. Covenant Apparel cannot guarantee that all items included in the shop are in stock at the time of your order.
If an item is unavailable, Covenant Apparel will notify you in a timely manner.
Covenant reserves the right to amend the content of the site at any time. Covenant will always strive to keep all of the information on the site as accurate as possible, including images and pricing, but errors can occur.
Covenant Apparel reserves the right to cancel any order prior to shipping, should we find an error in pricing.
Local YYJ Orders
If you live in Victoria, BC, Canada you may be able to pay cash and pick your order up locally. Please email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if this will be possible.
Payment & Pricing
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. Local YYJ customers can pick up and pay cash or by e-transfer.
We do not accept personal cheques, first-born children, money orders, drugs, direct bank transfers, pugs or selfies.
Discount codes can be applied at checkout for a percentage or dollar amount off your order. If you have a discount code and are receiving an error message when trying to apply it to your order, check the following:
1. The expiration date – Most discount codes expire within a few days. The expiration date will be listed in the email you received with the code.
2. There is another promotion running – If there is a promotion currently running on the site that does not require a discount code, you will not be able to apply an additional discount at checkout.
3. You already have a code applied – You can only apply one discount code per order.

Most items take 2-7 business days to make and 5-10 business days for delivery (depending on location). Speed and price depends on product type and destination. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Returns & Exchanges
Any claims for misprinted / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If the item you ordered didn’t fit, was the wrong item, or you didn’t like it for some reason (but the item is in otherwise pristine condition) you may exchange it for store credit. Please contact us to start the exchange process: email@example.com
For hygienic reasons, socks, hats, underwear and swimsuit bottoms cannot be returned.
Privacy & Security
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you;
Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
CAN CHILDREN SHOP AT CovenantApparel.com?
COVENANT does not direct its services to persons under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may use CovenantApparel.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, we do not solicit or knowingly collect any online information from children under the age of 13 without prior verified parental consent. If you become aware that a child has provided COVENANT with personal information without parental or guardian consent, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so that we may take steps to remove such information.

What if the order is lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
We confirm with you that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that you got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you haven’t received it, we won’t take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

Why does my shirt have a vinegar smell?
When unpacking a printed garment, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don’t worry, that’s not unusual – the water-based eco-friendly inks and fixing solution leave a temporary vinegar smell that will disappear after the first wash.
Got my package but there’s a fee. What’s the deal?
Any customs fees are set by your country and not Covenant Apparel. We can’t control them at all and do not benefit from them in any way. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or advancement fees accrued on a package.
